Shipping time
The processing time is 1 to 2 business days.
The average delivery time amounts to 2 all 5 working days after shipping, depending of the destination and the processing by DHL.
Orders placed after 17:00 hour or in the weekend be the next working day processed.
On the weekend and in holidays be none orders processed or shipped.

Discount codes
You can enter your discount code in the first step of the shopping cart, in the field "Do you have a discount code?".
As soon as the code is accepted, the discount amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.
Per order can maximum one discount- or promo code be used.

Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After receipt of the return shipment, you will receive the full order amount back, excluding the original shipping costs.

We refund the amount within 14 days after registration of the return, provided the product is received back in good condition.
Exceptions return
Returns is not possible for:

Products of which the packaging is opened or damaged.

Products that used are or traces of use display.
