Returns

You has the right to your order within 14 days after receipt without statement of reason to return.

  • You receives the full order amount back, excluding shipping costs.

  • Report your return to via us contact form of via e-email: contact@viralcleaning.nl.

  • We deposit the amount back within 14 days after registration, provided the product in good condition return is received.

Exceptions return

Returns is not possible for:

  • Articles of which the packaging is opened of damaged.

Shipping information

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible.

The average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on the destination and processing by DHL.
Please note that DHL is currently experiencing delays, which may cause your order to take longer to arrive.

Discount codes

You can enter your discount code in the first step of the shopping cart, in the field "Do you have a discount code?".
When the code is accepted, the discount amount is immediately applied.
